Yes, it will be the same. However, if needed, we may adjust the placement or size of the design and name to ensure the best embroidery result. Please note that the final embroidered piece will look even more beautiful than the image you see.

Each bag is filled with soft cotton and lightly infused with musk. The cotton can be removed if you wish to place a small gift or treat inside.

How long does the scent last?

The musk scent is long-lasting and can remain noticeable for several months — even up to a full year if stored properly.

How long does production take?

Orders of less than 50 pieces require 1–3 business days to produce.

How is the bag made? Is it handmade?

Yes, each bag is carefully handcrafted in our embroidery workshop. The process goes through 7 detailed steps: cutting the satin to size, embroidery setup, machine stitching, hand-finishing, stuffing with cotton, scent infusion, and final packaging. Every piece is made with care to ensure the highest quality.

Can I customize the embroidery with a name, logo, or both?

Yes, you can fully customize your bag with a name, a logo, or a combination of both. Just send us your preferred text or design, and we'll bring it to life with fine embroidery.

Can I upload my company logo or name to be embroidered?

Yes — you can upload your company logo and brand name. We prefer them to be clear and high-resolution. After uploading, we will review the design and make any necessary adjustments to its design and placement, under the supervision of specialized engineers, especially if there is a background.

Do you ship internationally? Is shipping free? Are there customs or taxes?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Shipping is free to all countries for orders over $150. There are no additional taxes or customs duties — the price you see is the final price you pay, with everything included.
